Facile Futures is launching a new webcast in partnership with the Avon Maitland District School Board. A Smooth Transition is focused on the transition to high school for families with a child who has a disability.
In this workshop, we will offer families an insight into what to expect from your high school years within the AMDSB system, and hear from professionals in education & planning as well as the family perspective about what you can do to prepare and be proactive.
